[The patient:] It was a lot quicker than I expected, a lot more pain-free than I expected. I think your doctors and technicians are really skillful. I feel only very little pain when injecting with the anaesthesia, but everything else was really good. The environment is really clean, and the service was top notch. [The clinic team:] Thank you very much for being with us. We will keep in touch for a minimum of one year. In the post-operation process I keep in contact with you almost daily for the first 11 days, and occasionally after that, asking how the process is going. If you have any questions, we'll be messaging on WhatsApp. You're welcome at the clinic tomorrow, so that we [can take the] bandage out [...] and the departure airport. Thank you, appreciate you.
